Implementation Team Leader

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

 YOUR ACTIVITIES 

  • Lead the Team running SME (Small-Medium Enterprises) implementation projects
  • Create a collaborative team with open communication and feedback
  • Providing quality assurance on the projects led by dedicated SME Project Managers
  • Managing 1st level client and internal escalations coming from projects
  • Providing day to day and midterm leadership to the Team
  • Making decisions and solving problems to move the business forward
  • Supporting the scoping of projects by approving/challenging project resource estimates prepared by dedicated roles
  • Liaise with SME Sales Director to monitor opportunity pipeline and secure Implementation team capacity to enable Company’s growth
  • Monitoring team capacity in short- and midterm and contribute in long-term planning (annual)
  • Establishing clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies, and development plans for each member of the team
  • Monitor projects portfolio
  • Assigning projects to Project Managers, coordinate Consultants assignment to projects
  • Liaise with IT and Product Owners to ensure business requirements are translated into development task
  • Contribute to improvement of processes and procedures around implementation process
  • Work with other teams to achieve success and Customer satisfaction

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • At least 4 years of leading the teams and experience in IT project and/or portfolio management
  • Practical knowledge of Project Management tools and methodologies
  • Experience in directly managing teams
  • Advanced language skills in verbal and written English and Polish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work consistently on own initiative
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to drive high levels of teamwork
  • Readiness for business trips (less than 10%)
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Another European language on business communication level (German, French preferred)
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. Prince2, PMI)
  • Team Lead/Management Certification (eg. CTL)
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Atlassian stack JIRA/Confluence
