This role’s aim is to help to improve individual and organizational performance related to our Product. Become the key agent in leading people to understand the products' capacities, usage, constrains, interdependencies. Share with your experience and initiate knowledge sharing sessions and swipes across the organization. Keep monitoring knowledge attribution progress and act with the aim of narrowing knowledge gaps. Role is aligned to Knowledge Management, Customer Success operations with close collaboration with Product development.
